LAW ENFORCEMENT POLICY
Last Updated: May 2026
From time to time, suiUSDe Ltd. ("Issuer," "we," "us," or "our") receives information requests about its customers from law enforcement agencies around the world. This page provides information about how these requests are processed.
1. Types of Requests
When the Issuer is contacted, law enforcement is generally interested in:
- Identity information: Information about customers' identities.
- Activity information: Information about their activities using suiUSDe.
- Address freezing: As part of an investigation, law enforcement may request that a blockchain address be frozen.
2. Legal Process Requirements
When information requests are received, the Issuer requires that they be accompanied by appropriate legal process. This can vary by jurisdiction and may include:
- Production orders
- Search warrants
- Subpoenas
- Court orders
- Requests for voluntary disclosure of data
The Issuer reviews each order and request for voluntary disclosure to determine that it has a valid legal basis. Any response is narrowly tailored to ensure that only the data to which law enforcement is entitled is provided.
Similarly, requests to freeze addresses associated with suiUSDe should be accompanied by appropriate legal process.
3. Voluntary Disclosures
Issuer reserves the right to make disclosures to authorities in order to protect itself, its affiliates, service providers, and its customers.
4. Contact for Law Enforcement
The Issuer welcomes inquiries from law enforcement agencies about its policies and procedures.
